One of my new year resolution was to make bread.
I'm very proud to say that today is the day.
How difficult could it be.
Just follow the instructions on the packet, you say.
Flour, add water and a drizzle of olive oil and the
machine does the hard work.
And yet, I'd to throw my first batch because
I pushed the wrong buttons on the breadmaker.
What a klutz.
The second batch was successful with a
little assistance from my husband.
And voila, my first loaf.
And voila, my first loaf.
Nothing beats the smell of freshly baked
sunflower bread on a cold Sunday evening.
