I wonder what our Management will think of this idea since we are also undergoing the same process. Although I much prefer the librarian to do the talking.

Last Thursday was “Super Thursday”. I exercised my democratic rights and went to the polls. I didn't cross their box but the Conservatives ruled Coventry again. Lets hope they stick to their promises.

Then it was the Bank holiday weekend. A bank holiday is a public holiday. They are so called because they are the days upon which banks are shut and traditionally no other business could operate.

We went to Coombe Abbey Country Park to film the heron and cormorant chicks before they leave their nests. While Kevin was busy filming, I saw this bird with its head-down on a branch. It was my first nuthatch.

We’d a quiet weekend because I was feeling sick. Watched the finals of World Snooker Championship in bed. Higgins held off a fightback from Selby to claim his second title at the Crucible. He had an 18/13 victory.
