Let it snow, let it snow.......AGAIN !!!

9th February

8th February, the heaviest snowfall for 16 years blanketed
across Coventry bringing delight and despair.

For motorists struggling to get to work,

the morning rush hour turned into a nightmare of snarl-ups,
wheel spins and shunts.

School closure meant children turning various parks
across the city into a winter wonderland of snowmen.

I took the day off.

We went for a stroll enjoying the brisk cold air
and trampling on the fresh snow.
It was still snowing.

Lots of car still in the driveway.
Guess, I'm not the only one off work.
--------------------
Today, I'm back behind the desk.
The bird-feeder outside my window is
very popular with my feathered friends.

Lots of snowmen scattered in the university grounds.
I bet the students were having fun yesterday.
It's still snowing.

Tomorrow, I might build my own snowman in the garden.

Oh yes, it took my poor husband 2.5 hours to
travel 15 miles collecting me from work.
