Happy Eid-ul-Adha Al-Mubarak

It’s Haj today. Wishing all fellow Muslims a very Happy Eid-ul-Adha Al-Mubarak.
Those who are in Mecca have fulfilled their obligations and completed the last pillar of Islam.

Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar!

Labbaik Allahumma Labbaik. Labbaik, La Shareek Laka, Labbaik. Innal Hamdah, Wan Nematah, Laka wal Mulk, La Shareek Laka
(Here I am at Thy service ! O Lord, here I am. Here I am at Thy service and Thou hast no partners. Thine alone is All Praise and All Bounty, and Thine alone is The Sovereignty. Thou hast no partners)

I bought another Malay sweet to work for my colleagues to celebrate the festive day. It’s called Apam Mekar, a steamed fluffy sponge cupcake. I’d to call my Mum in Malaysia to confirm the recipes. Thankfully, it turned out ok.

This was my 2nd attempt. The first time, it didn’t rise at all and was just hard and lumpy. I’d to throw it all away.

Today is also Abah’s 75th birthday. Happy birthday Abah. Semoga panjang umur, murah rezeki, sihat selalu. (Wishes for longevity, wealth and health).
And I'm off to D's house for an Eid celebration after work. Yummy
